It’s that time of the year again: the Christmas and holiday season! This equals to shopping and, of course, deals – lots and lots of deals.
We are 100 per cent sure that not everyone will buy a car as a Christmas gift due to the high price such a purchase commands, but that doesn’t mean that dealers are not offering any good incentives and rebates.
In fact, according to Consumer Reports, they need consumers more than ever during this period since the sales tend to slow down, which is why they are offering tons of impressive deals. And if you like to negotiate, then get ready to have a much easier time than usual!
Consumer Reports also points out that those who shop for gift cars tend to indulge in the fun and luxurious attributes of a vehicle, such as extra comfort and convenience. However, no matter what kind car you’re shopping for, it’s important to remember that its on-road capability, safety and reliability should always be a priority.
General Motors is offering solid deals across the board, with the new Cadillac ATS sedan, for instance, boasting a manufacturer incentive of $500. Add to that the Unhaggle savings of $2,061 and you will save a total of $2,561. In some cases, you will even be able to save over $3,000 – if you go for one of the GMC vehicles.
Ford isn’t doing so badly either, with manufacturer incentives of over $1,000. You can save more than $3,000 on the new Ford Fusion – all courtesy of a $1,250 factory incentive. However, the Fusion sedan isn’t the only vehicle from the brand to benefit from such a treatment, so there’s definitely more where that came from.
Looking for something a little less American? Toyota’s incentives can be as high as $2,000 – which is what you get with the cash rebate for the Tacoma. Combine that with the Unhaggle savings and you will avoid paying $4,312.
