Responsibilities
Provide a WOW customer support experience for every one of our customers! You will be interacting with our customers via phone, email, forums and social media. Problem solving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner that has them saying WOW. As well, based on feedback you receive from customers you will recommend product improvements to our technology team.

Do You Have What it Takes to Join our Team?
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills are a must, both written and oral
- Ability to stay organized and be detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with numbers, simple calculations, nothing too complicated
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal oversight
