A 2014 study conducted by J.D. Power U.S. Automotive Emerging Technologies shows that most car buyers want their vehicles to have wireless connectivity systems to allow interactions between various gadgets like smartphones and tablets. The surveyed customers have told J.D. Power that they believe wireless connectivity should be available as a standard on all modern cars.
According to this news release, several automakers, such as Buick, have already announced plans to release cars with WiFi connectivity, so the customers’ wish may soon come true.
